復興航空停業一事引起軒然大波，交通部長賀陳旦今(1)證實，昨(30)日民航局提報交通部，建議收回興航航權，交通部今已核定，即起正式收回航權。
賀陳旦說，民航局昨日簽報上來，交通部今已核定，正式把航權收回，下一步將進行航權分配，讓有意願的業者申請，盡速恢復空運服務，預估作業時間需要2至3周。
目前興航航線由華航於今日起短暫救援接手至明年2月15日，民航局盼航權分配作業能在這個月底前完成，好讓2月15日之後的空運服務能回歸正軌。
興航無預警停飛並解散公司，造成空運大亂，近1,800名員工及旅客權益大受影響，前民航局長張國政日前還跳出來表示欲接手興航，但事隔一天後又對外宣布放棄承接，讓交通部政務次長王國材批像是鬧劇一場，而興航提交給民航局的陳述書仍維持解散決議，如今交通部拍板收回航權，這齣鬧劇總算告一段落。
